RECIPE:
- 1 cup cranberry juice without sugar.
- 7 cups of water.
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
- 1/4 tsp ginger.
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg.
- 3/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice (about 3 oranges).
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (1-2 lemons).
DIRECTIONS:
Bring water to a boil and add cranberry juice, reduce heat to low.
Add cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg, stir and simmer for 20 minutes, let cool before consumption.
